Loughborough Central Station

It was an another blazing hot weekend in July and I out and about sketching with friends in Leicestershire and was very please to hide in the shade of the historic Loughborough Central Station.  I'm no train fanatic but there is something rather lovely about old trains which are polished to a high sheen and pulled by noisy puffing steam engines.  This is a little section of one such train with a lovely red phone box just in case there wasn't already enough red in the picture!
Sketched mostly on location with some details added later as well as the ticket.
