Refund policy
Damages
In the unlikely event that your print has been damaged in transit I will replace it free of charge once I have seen photographic proof of the damaged print/frame and packaging. I will also need to see proof that you have destroyed the damaged item in your possession.
Refunds due to postage delays
Delays due to your package being held up at customs or delays which could be considered 'normal' will not be refunded. In either of these cases, the item would need to be be returned or proved to have been destroyed by you.
