This was sketched on location in Liverpool by the docks on The Mersey while out with the Liverpool Urban Sketchers on their monthly gathering.
First I draw in Posca pen on a 'pre-prepared' spread in my concertina sketchbook, then I add watercolour, fine liners and gel pens to pick out the details. The rubber stamped lettering was added later at home.
The video is of the actual sketchbook, so you can see the textures of the collage, and the details of the other bits and bobs I've stuck onto the page. Your print will replicate these details with clarity.
